Disley Land Tax Assessments
The following assessments have been transcribed by Holly Gaskell. The earliest years and the last ones give the name of the property being assessed. The year 1812 appears to contain about two thirds of the heads of households (using the 1841 census as a guide) - not all of whom had to pay tax.
